If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered. Whether it's a headlamp that won't power on or a torch not performing as it should, we’re here to make it right.

Here’s what our warranty includes:

• 7-Year Registered Warranty (if you registered your product within 12 weeks of purchase as stated in the registration card)
• 2-Year Unregistered Warranty (no registration required, batteries included in warranty)
• Full support for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues
• 25-Year Registered Warranty (only for the limited edition 25th Anniversary H8R Headlamps and P7R Torches, if you registered your product within 12 weeks of purchase as stated in the registration card)

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?

We’re pretty flexible, but sadly we can’t cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Chargers and accessories
• Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Products not bought from an authorised dealer
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.)
