Returns Policy

1. Send us an email and get the process started

9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
2. Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
We'll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) 
3. Pack It Up & Ship It Back
Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and tags.
4. Receive Refund or New Item
Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund or replace.
Online Returns

Online orders are not eligible for free returns unless we are at fault.

All regular freight returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. 

We will waive the restocking fee if you decide to exchange your product with another purchase.
If you are returning or exchanging an item that shipped freight for any of the reasons listed below, you will not be subject to return shipping costs or fees.
Parcels which are returned by transport UNCLAIMED will incur the 20% restocking fee - to have your order resent you will need to reorder.
Acceptable Freight Returns
You placed an order online and we sent you the wrong item.
The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.
The product you recieved was damaged in transit.
Inspect packages upon delivery, and do not accept delivery if the items packaging is obviuosly damaged. 
Refuse the order and call us at (07) 3299 2720 between 9am -5pm Monday to Friday
 Items Not Eligible for Return
 These items include:
1. Items with visible wear and tear.
2. Items that have been installed, used, modified, drilled, or cut.
3. Items outside of the manufacturer's warranty.

We'll need to confirm the purchase date (A Receipt will be required) & determine if the product is still under the manufacturers warranty period. 
Please have a copy of your receipt and sometimes photo's of the defect are helpful. 
Processing Warranty
If the manufacturer determines the product can be returned, we'll get in touch with you. You'll need to repackage the item & await return instructions.
Many suppliers/Brands handle warranty's direct with the consumer. You can check this out by visiting there website or if your unsure call us on (07) 3299 2720.
I’m sure you can appreciate that not everything lasts forever however it should last for its intended purpose. 
Some things that are NOT covered under warranty
Damage in transit
Storm/Wind Damage, Fire 
Excessive Use
General Wear & Tear
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse
Any product that has been modified
Its reached the end of its life.
Can I cancel an order once it's been placed ?
Please contact us immediatley after placing your order. We will make every attempt to cancel an order, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so before the 
order ships.
Once shipped we cannot cancel your order, you may choose to return it however you are responsible for shipping the item back to us
If you returrn to sender your item in place of recieving it you are still repsponsible for the return shipping cost and and may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
