Shipping Information

Our customers enjoy fast on thousands of items.
We ship almost any item on our website Australia Wide
In-stock orders usually leave our premises the same day, but orders can sometimes take up to 72 hours to leave.
Once shipped, we will email you with order confirmation and tracking detail information, transit time will depend on your location. If your order is urgent, please call prior to ordering for an estimate.


For delivery, if no specific instructions or a signature required is selected, our policy is to leave the goods at the premises.

Where possible, we always recommend providing delivery instructions (I.E.Leave at the front door if unattended),


select a signature required. 

If you have requested a signature upon delivery and no one is available to sign, your parcel/s will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the item from the depot of post office.


Shipping Exclusions
Please allow additional shipping days for out-of-stock items or products labeled as Special Order.
Freight shipments to remote areas or particular shipping zones may have an additional cost.
Enter your post code on the item page or at the checkout to see if you qualify.
Any products shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer.
Items marked pickup only will not be shipped
Items weighing 35kg or more may have an additional cost.

Items 1.6m or longer may have an additional cost.

These delivery time examples are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control once your order has left our premises.

If you have a specific delivery deadline please contact us before placing your online order, any orders that have been shipped will incur a return shipping & restocking fee charge at the buyers expense.

Shipping Notification and Receipt
Most items do not require a signature upon delivery, though the carrier may add a signature requirement based on the delivery location if they feel that leaving it may create a risk. Note that person signing must be 18 or older.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivered within 14 business days.
Items Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not yet received your order, please give us a call. Most times this can be resolved within 48hrs. If no one is home to sign for the package the freight company will take the package back to there local depot. 

If your parcel was shipped via Australia Post and no one was home to sign for it, it will be taken to your nearest post office.

Please check your mailbox, a card will usually be left to organise alternative arrangements to drop your parcel off. A second can usually be arranged, however, this will normally incur an additional charge at the buyers expense. 

Damaged Items
We carefully package each order to prevent damage, but accidents do happen.
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
If the damage is obvious on delivery DO NOT ACCEPT, Refuse delivery and return to sender.
If your product arrives damaged inside an undamaged box or you your not home to witness delivery
call us within 24 hours of receiving damaged items.
Take a photo of damaged items.
Keep all packaging and packing material.
Prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup.
RoadFreight and Overize and Fragile Shipments

When your item exceeds the shipment limits for parcel carriers, we will have one of our trusted freight carriers deliver your order. But some locations/bulky items will require an additional delivery fee. After shipment, most freight items arrive to you within 3-5 business days.

Any item measuring more than 1.8m in length is considered oversize - we reserve the right to restrict the areas which these item can be delivered to. 


Inspect Before You Sign
If your freight item arrives visibly damaged, inspect the product prior to accepting delivery.
If damage is present, DO NOT accept delivery and do not sign the delivery receipt.
Return paperwork to the driver and call us immediately.
Special Order Listings
Any products marked as Special Order will incur a 20% Restocking Fee
Items must be returned in the same way as you received, undamaged & in original packaging.
Any freight costs will be at the buyers expense.
If there is damage to the packaging or item upon delivery, do not sign & contact us immediately.

We'll also waive the restocking fee if you decide to exchange your product with another purchase.


If you choose to Special Order items and other in stock items in the same order - we will hold & dispatch the entire order when your Special Order item/s arrive.

If this is unsuitable please make seperate orders.


Items marked as Pre-Orders are approximate dates only. We are not responsible for delays in shipping & road freight.

Items that are listed on our site as Pre-Order Available will automatically be placed on back order. 

If you choose to Pre Order these items and other in stock items in the same order - we will hold & dispatch the entire order when your pre-order item/s arrive.

If this is unsuitable please make seperate orders.

International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the Australia at this time. We hope to offer this service in the future.

How long will delivery take?

 Shipping times to your address will vary depending on where your located & what items you order. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver. We aim to provide you with notice of any delay as soon as reasonably possible. 

Can I get my order faster?

Express Post is available at the checkout.

Whilst Express Post is an option on some products, It doesn't guarantee same day dispatch however we prioritise if possible, this does not mean the order will jump the queue. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis.

The term Express Post means once your order has been processed and dispatched the transit time is less.

Post leaves daily at 11.00 am. Orders processed after 11.00 will ship the next business day.

Can I ship to a different address?
Can I ship to a different address?
YES you certainly can! After you proceed to checkout, enter the address where you'd like your order delivered. Then, select the "no" button below, indicating the address you entered is not your billing address.
Please enter your billing address at the next screen, and make sure it's the same address that appears on your monthly statement. For extra precaution and to avoid any possible delays with your order, you may want to notify your credit card company that you are shipping to an alternate address.
This will also apply with PayPal transactions, you will need to update your delivery address before you process an order. If you make a purchase online we will only ship to that address. If you need to change the delivery details after you will need to contact our customer service on (07) 3299 2720
Will all of my items arrive at the same time?
In most cases your items will arrive at the same time unless the item is labeled Special Order or we are Out Of Stock.

Also depending on the item/s, we sometimes ship separately to avoid any excess shipping charges but you will receive tracking details for all packages.  


Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We then email this tracking number to you within 24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) from our door to your door.
Can I give the delivery driver special instructions?
We are unable to issue special shipping instructions to delivery drivers/companies (Example - leave package with neighbor, leave package at the front, etc.). You may leave a note for delivery instructions at the checkout; however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
Once your item has shipped and you have received a tracking number, you can attempt to give special delivery instructions to the shipping company handling your package(s).
Will I have to sign for my package?
There is an option to add " signature required" for your delivery at the checkout, 

If you select this and no one is avialable to sign for the delivery it will be returned to the depot or post office where you will then need to collect it. 

It will not be redelivered.
