Returns Policy

Online Sales Return Policy:

Goods may be returned for credit or exchange, providing the goods are in their original packaging, unused and in new condition within 2 weeks (14 days). You will be responsible for the freight charges.

For orders Placed Online we do not offer change of mind refunds.

We will pay return freight costs provided:
   (a) the goods supplied were not what you ordered and you contact us for return authorization.
   (b) you follow our return instructions.
   (c) In the original packaging, unused, and in new condition.

We will not accept Online Order returns to our Capalaba store.

Instore Sales Return Policy:
Goods may be returned to us for a credit note, in the case of a change of mind. Providing the goods are in their original packaging, unused and in new condition ready for resale within 2 days of purchase.  This excludes special orders made for you specifically. Please note that we do not refund for a change of mind. If you have any concerns about the suitability of your product prior to purchase, please raise these concerns with staff members at Down Under Camping and they can try to help you determine if this product is suitable for your needs. A reciept must be provided for any return, exchange or warranty claim. 

We are unable to offer return, credit or exchange on clearance items so please choose carefully.


Warranty Policy:

All goods supplied by Down Under Camping are guaranteed by ourselves and the manufacturer of the goods.

Warranty periods vary according to product. Warranties only apply to goods supplied within Australia
If the goods are deemed faulty, the customer is entitled to and will be provided with, a full refund of the purchase price plus freight charges in accordance with the above return policy. 
Down Under Camping abides by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and believes in giving all consumers fair treatment.
